Make it all non-vegetarian:
- 1 pack of Bambino or Delmonte uncooked pasta
- 2 cheese cubes, grated
- Salt as per your taste
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- A pinch of pepper powder
- Oregano and chilli flakes (as per taste)
- 200 gm cream
- 1 large onion
- 6-7 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil or any other cooking oil
Step by step instructions:
- Boil water in a pan. Add pasta to it with 1tbsp salt and 1tbsp cooking oil so that it doesn't stick together
- Cook it for about 10-15 minutes till the pasta is cooked perfectly. Check using a fork. Drain the water and run some cold water through it.
- Dice the onions and garlic into small pieces
- Heat oil in the pan and add diced garlic
- After about hslf a minute, add diced onions and cook till they get translucent
- Add grated cheese to it
- Add the cream and keep stirring.
- Add very little milk to it if you want to make the sauce a little thin.
- Add all the spices and seasoning
- Finally add cooked/boiled pasta to this sauce and mix it properly
- Instead of using the cream for the sauce, you can add 1 tbsp all purpose flour (maida) after adding cheese (in step 7).
- Start adding milk and keep stirring continuosly so that the lumps do not form.
- Add more milk and keep stirring till you get a consistent mixture.
- Add all the seasoning and white sauce is ready.
- If you like more sauce you can add more milk accordingly.
Make it all non-vegetarian:
- You can do that by adding pieces of boiled sausages before adding the pasta. It tastes delicious :)
