You will need:
- 250 gms bhindi/ladyfinger/okhra
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
- 1.5 tbsp Gram Flour
- Slice the lady fingers vertically. The slices have to be thin
- Mix the Gram flour with the ladyfingers, so that all slices are just covered in it
- Mix all the spices with the lady fingers except Chaat Masala
- Heat oil for frying in a pan (you can use less oil for shallow frying)
- Fry the ladyfingers in batches until crispy, drain out all the oil and let them dry out on a tissue
- Sprinkle the Chaat Masala on the Lay fingers and mix.
- Serve with chapatis or as a snack/starter
