Step by Step Insructions:
- 1 cauliflower (Gobhi)
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Oil for frying and cooking
- A pinch of pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Garlic chilli paste (Fun Foods)
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Spring onion for garnishing
Step by Step Insructions:
- Cut cauliflower into small pieces (not very small)
- Mix salt, red chilli, ginger garlic paste to corn flour and maida in a bowl. Add a little water to it and keep stirring so as to avoid lumps. Make a paste
- Add cauliflower to this paste and mix it well so as to coat it properly
- Heat oil for frying and fry the cauliflower on medium flame till it is golden brown and crispy
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in another pan
- Add ginger garlic paste, saute for few seconds and add sliced onions
- You can also add sliced capsicum alon with the onions if you want
- Saute for a minute and add garlic chlli paste and ketchup
- Add salt and pepper and finally fried cauliflower. Mix well.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions.
- Serve it as an appetizer.
