- 250 gms chicken (you can get only chicken leg or thigh pieces if you want)
- 3 tbsp gram flour (besan)
- 200 gm curd
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- Salt as per your taste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp amchoor powder
- Oil for frying
Step by step instructions:
- Mix the besan with the curd, stir it to make a paste so that no lumps are formed
- Mix all the spices in this paste. If paste is too thick, use a little water to make it thin
- Make slits in all the chicken pieces and finally mix the chicken in this marination mixture so that every piece is well covered by the mixture
- Refrigerate this marinade for minimum 2 hours
- Heat oil for frying
- Carefully fry the chicken by putting piece by piece on high flame only
- Serve the Chicken fry as a starter with sliced onions and green coriander chutney
