Step by step instructions:
- 250 gms Panner/Tofu
- 100 gms Amul fresh cream
- 2 onions - paste
- 2 tomotoes - paste
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- Salt as per your taste
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- A pinch of pepper powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- Some butter
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Step by step instructions:
- Heat oil in the pan and add the onion and tomato paste
- Saute for a few minutes and when it starts to leave oil, add ginger garlic paste
- After about half a minute, add all the spices and add some water for cooking
- Add ketchup and finally add the cream
- Mix properly and then add paneer
- Mix it for a minute or two, Paneer Makhani is ready.
- Top off with chopped coriander leaves and some butter
